With almost thirty years of experience in dealing with criminal court and road traffic matters, Ross is able to offer almost unrivalled experience in dealing with criminal matters in this jurisdiction. Ross is a founder partner of the firm of Dunipace Brown, and throughout his professional career Ross has specialised in criminal court matters.

Ross's standing in the profession has been recognised by his providing training to Justices of the Peace in Glasgow.

This level of expertise was recognised when Ross was awarded extended rights of audience to appear as a Solicitor- Advocate in the Supreme Courts. Dunipace Brown is unique in this jurisdiction in being able to offer this additional service to clients.

Since qualifying in 1983 Ross has practised in Cumbernauld, representing clients throughout Scotland. Ross has defended a large number of high profile cases, and is particularly interested in dealing with serious criminal matters, particularly those at High Court and Sheriff and Jury level. Ross is extremely interested in forensic matters and is a member of the Medico-Legal Society. Ross has also recently served in a representative capacity as the Dean of the local Faculty of solicitors.
